URS is contracted with most major insurance providers. These companies include Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Tri Care, Unicare, and Humana Military. We are also contracted with various other regional insurance carriers. We work extensively with Texas Medicaid and Medicare – as well as several Texas Medicaid waiver programs like MDCP, CLASS, CBA, and HCS. URS also actively works with DARS.
